The Reformer is an apparatus made of a sliding carriage, adjustable-resistance springs, a footbar and straps. It allows more than 100 exercises that strengthen deep muscles, improve posture and flexibility, with minimal impact on the joints. The resistance adapts to each person: that is what makes the Reformer as effective for beginners as for seasoned athletes, including as rehabilitation support.
